Description and Responsibilities

We are looking for a manager to be in charge of HQTS Russia Sales team focus to the Consumer Goods (CG) market (Hardgoods, Soft goods, Electronic and Electrical Products) or Industrial Goods market (Machines, Equipment with related spare parts, Chemical products). The ideal candidate will be an experienced business developer & local team leader with proven ability to independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure. He/she is also responsible for leading the products business development strategy and implementation with the objectives of driving new business development for Russia sales team.

Associating with General manager and develop Russia local market commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives.
Collaborating with the management team to identify new business opportunity/new sales channels in Russia.
Implement business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control.
Formulating and driving annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics.
Managing the Russia sales to achieve the annual sales goals.
Accomplish the sales human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales.
Coach sales executive for sales management and monitor their management performance.
Innovating solutions to overcome challenges.

Skill & Qualification

At least 8 years of sales operation, business development & team managing experience in sourcing company, trading business or international purchasing business.
Having the team management team experiences.
Excellent listening, writing and cross-cultural communication skills.
Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization.
Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives.
Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking.
Aggressive, determined and self-motivated.
International travel is required.、
Fluent English spoken and written is mandatory requirement.
